Transfer to Teamcenter known as Trans2TC is a file import/upload program from LCCS and A+B Solutions. The graphical user interface comes in Web or Desktop versions. The backend is JAVA based. Trans2TC can import any file that Teamcenter can store. Custom datasets, workflows and other modification to Teamcenter are handled through XML files which allows no changes to the code of Trans2TC. All changes can be added or removed by modifying only several XLM files. Trans2TC also be used to integrate CAM systems directly to Teamcenter.
Security is handled by Teamcenter so a user uses their User Name, Password, Group and Role to import files. Trans2TC can do single and batch imports. During the import process, references to other items can be made. Users have the option to start release workflow process or skip them all together.
